Farnam Apple Elite Electrolyte Pellets are palatable apple-flavored pellets that make it easy to replace vital minerals horses lose through sweat during exercise, extreme hot or cold weather and stressful situations. The pelleted form is ideal for picky eaters or horses that sort out powdered supplements.
This balanced electrolyte formula encourages healthy water consumption to help keep horses hydrated year-round. Feed daily, or use proactively up to 12 hours before exercise or travel to help minimize electrolyte loss. Suggested daily rates range from about 3 oz for light sweating to 6 oz for heavy sweating.
